In the event that you've received a wrong or defective item, kindly contact us within 48 hours upon receiving your item via enquiry.cherub@gmail.com.
Due to the softer nature of the metals used for our earring posts, they may arrive slightly misaligned after transit. Don’t worry — your piece isn’t damaged. Simply nudge the post back into place to straighten it.
We carry out thorough checks and careful packing before every shipment, and in rare situations where a refund is appropriate, we’ll be happy to assist.
Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings due to hygiene reasons
- Discounted or final sale items
- Damaged or broken chains
- Tarnished products
Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags intact. Kindly note that we do not cover return postage costs.
Colour Variance Disclaimer
Please allow for a 10–15% variation in colour, as lighting and screen settings can affect how each piece appears. These small differences are normal and not considered defects.
